Here you'll find our all-day-every-day breakfast fix that works in every season. Easy, fast, full of proteins and oh so good! This one is our latest fave with fresh figs, pink grapefruit and pomegranate. Of course, you can give it a twist and use other kinds of fruit like blueberries, apple or raspberries. Just use whatever is in season.
This is what you need:
- NUTORIOUS honey cinnamon peanut butter
- Organic yoghurt or hangop
- Seasonal fruit
- Lime or grapefruit zest
- Extra: honey or maple sirup
First, use a spoon to spread a little layer of peanut butter onto the inside of the bowl. This will make sure that every bite will have that nutty flavor you crave for. Then pour in the yoghurt or hangop before filling one side of the surface with granola. Place the sliced parts of fruit on top of the granola and finish your dish with some extra sweetness, citrus zest and a dollop of peanut butter. Esthetic, delicious and healthy. Bon appétit!
